Do I have Anger Management?
I know I most definitely do not need anger management. To start off, I rarely get extremely angry, I do get frustrated and annoyed a lot however I learned not to mix up those negative feelings as it leads to something worst. Also one the rare occasions that I do get angry I start to cry which is wierd I know but it’s just something that happens to me. I also always try to look at the positive and be patient regardless of the situation, even though it’s hard at times , and just go with the flow.However, if you do lash out and start getting physical because of anger then you probably do have it. If you have a sudden change from one emotion to anger then you also probably have it. Finally if you “see red” or black when angry as people say then you probably have it to. There are solutions for these types of things though.
Solutions
There are many way to get rid of anger. For example I try to always look at the positive side of things, which is harder than it actually seems. I also just simply ignore it, it is also hard to do however when you get angry at a person you’re letting the person control you, because they don’t force you to get angry you chose to be angry yourself. I also think you can always just exit a room or try and think of things that keep you calm and not completely lash out on something. Though many of this isn’t easy, there are many other solutions like certain professional techniques that can help actually control your anger.
